Disclaimer: What Secretsun Heating & Air Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use secretsun.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Repair

Secretsun Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Secretsun Heating & Air.

A Match Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content on this site is general. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they shift with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Don't put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How Secretsun Heating & Air Gets Paid

Secretsun Heating & Air may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
