Secretsun Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How the Money Works

Secretsun Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Secretsun Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement, and it does not promise anything about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You have no duty to hire any provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
