Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover your use of secretsun.lat and the services offered through it by Secretsun Heating & Air. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What Secretsun Heating & Air Does

Secretsun Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you are matched with run their own independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and promise no level of energy savings. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.
